The project proposes the implementation of a Citizen Observatory of Climate Change of the municipality with the aim of establishing a platform that contains the necessary data to carry out precise and rigorous GHG (greenhouse gas) quantifications that serve as a basis for the establishment and monitoring of policies and action plans against the climate.
